We sell SEO (search engine optimization) services to companies to help rank their website and/or Google Business profile higher in Google’s search engine in order to get them more website traffic and leads.

Refund policy — There are no refunds.

Delivery policy — Delivery of services happen throughout each month, with a billing period of every 30 days. Delivery of our services can include backlinks, blog content, and website edits.

Return policy – There are no returns since we offer a digital product. 

Cancellation policy — This depends on the type of contract our clients sign. It can be a 3, 6, or 12 month agreement. We require a 30 days written notice of cancellation in order for these contracts to not renew. There is no breaching contracts.

Make sure your customers can find multiple contact methods on your site, including direct communication channels, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and live chat (something besides contact forms). Low-friction communication is key to providing a good customer experience and heading off misunderstandings early on, helping to avoid disputes.
