HQDM was founded in 2019 by Zach DeLorenzo after a decade inside agencies that treated clients like account numbers. Bigger retainers, smaller results, an endless rotation of junior analysts, and a senior contact who couldn't tell you what was actually happening on your account.
Zach started HQDM to do the opposite. Performance-based pricing. Direct access to leadership. Strategies tailored to the business, not pulled from a template the agency uses for every client in your zip code.
In 2023, Matt Olderman joined as VP, bringing a decade of running and scaling his own e-commerce brands entirely through digital marketing. Today, HQDM works with 250+ brands — from local brick-and-mortar shops to enterprise companies like Trustifi, Design Pickle, Raydiant, and Emerson.
