The Challenge
Brytecall has a strong reputation in Miami’s telecom space, with top-tier local map rankings for core keywords like “business phone systems” and “VoIP for business.” But their website performance doesn’t match their local dominance.
Despite ranking well on the map, their homepage and service pages are extremely thin, with minimal content and missing H1 tags, making it harder for Google to associate their brand with valuable organic search terms.
Key service pages are buried in the footer instead of the main navigation, limiting internal link equity and crawl depth. On top of that, technical SEO gaps like orphan pages, missing schema, and redirect issues further weaken the site’s authority.
In short, Brytecall needs to tighten its on-site foundation and strengthen its content architecture to bring organic visibility and traffic up to the same level as its already excellent GMB performance.
The Solution
We focused on aligning Brytecall’s website authority with its already dominant local map presence while preserving existing rankings.
First, we tackled the technical foundation by fixing missing H1 tags, addressing orphan pages, resolving www redirect issues, and implementing Local Business schema to strengthen entity signals.
Next, we revamped the homepage and core service pages, expanding each with unique, VoIP-focused content, keyword-rich headings, clear CTAs, FAQs, and internal links to boost topical relevance and crawlability.
We also restructured site navigation, moving key service links from the footer into a top dropdown menu to improve user experience and distribute link equity more effectively.
Finally, we laid the groundwork for location-based landing pages targeting Miami and nearby areas to expand search visibility, support GMB rankings, and drive more qualified traffic and leads.
The Results
After implementing technical, on-page, and local SEO improvements, Brytecall saw steady growth in organic visibility and reinforced its already strong Google Maps performance.
Google Business / Map Pack Gains
- “Business phone systems” improved from 1.68 → 1.04
- “Business telecom providers” improved from 3.27 → 1.41
- “VoIP for business” improved from 4.44 → 2.33
Across all tracked terms, their GeoGrid coverage expanded to nearly 100% top 3 positions, turning previously mixed coverage into a uniform green footprint across the Miami metro area.
